About D-Ring Shackle

#1 Source For Custom D-Rings!

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

What kick started the idea for DSSCo. was all the failed D-Rings we started seeing at KK Finishing Co! At that point we knew we could create a product far superior than anything out there.

KK Finishing Co is a custom powder coating shop that specializes in quality powder coatings that are able to withstand heavy duty use and any weather conditions and most importantly give you the consumer a product that looks great with the option to customize any way you'd like. We also pride ourselves in the fact that we can finish these in the USA and deliver a product to your door step that we're really proud of.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to all continental states, free shipping included. All international shipping is available as well, however shipping charges and taxes and or fees will be applied if necessary.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All DSSCo. products are made to order, please keep in mind that these do take time to complete. Each order should take between 4-7 business days to ship from your purchase date.

Custom orders will vary in time frame as ordering raw materials for specific colors and figuring out details will vary with each order. Once all confirmed and raw materials are in house, the orders will take the standard 4-7 days to ship.

HOW TO INSTALL D-RING SHACKLES?

As most D-Rings they're really simple to install. Out of the package you will notice that your new shackles will be pre-assembled.

1 - To Start, all you have to do is to unscrew the black pin and remove the rubber washers.

2 - Slide the D-Ring over your Tab on the bumper or mounting point on your vehicle, don't forget to slide the rubber washers against the D-Ring tab, between the tab and your D-ring.

3 - Hold everything in place and slide the black pin through the d-ring into the bumper tab and start to screw it into the threaded part of d-ring.

4 - Once threaded all the way in, take a thin screwdriver and insert it into the small hole on the black pin. ** be sure to use a piece of rubber hose over the screwdriver or a cloth to protect the finish on the pin as you tighten the pin into the d-ring. No need to hammer it on, use your judgment here.

5 - Step back and enjoy the new look of your new d-rings!
